Marriage License

Intentions of Marriage may be filed at the town office. If you complete the form prior to filing at the Town Office do not sign, intentions must be signed in front of a notary or clerk. A marriage license is valid for 90 days from the time the intentions are filed. If either party has been previously married, a certified copy of the divorce decree or death certificate must be presented to the clerk.
