Vital Records
Certified copies of vital records that were filed in the Town of Van Buren can be purchased from the Town Office or by mail.
What's Needed?
Birth Certificate
- Proof of ID
- Full Name
- Parent's Names (Mother's Maiden)
- Date of Birth
Marriage Certificate
- Proof of ID
- Full Names (as they appeared on license)
- Date of marriage
Death Certificate
- Proof of ID
- Full Name on certificate
- Date of death
- Proof of direct lineage
- When mailing please include:
- Mailing address & phone number
- Order quantity
- Check made payable to the Town of Van Buren
- Self-addressed, stamped envelope
Fees: $15 for the first certified copy, $6 for each additional
